All of our 5x7, A4 & A3 prints are printed on quality 280gsm archival quality satin papers.

After much trial and error and expereminting, we found that satin/lustre paper types offer the best quality finish for the type of designs we create.

We use genuine Canon fade resistant inks on all of our prints, providing the best quality finish that will stand the test of time.

Postage within the UK is FREE.

Postage to other parts of the world that we ship to is charged at a flat fee of £5.25, regarldess of the size or number of prints ordered.

Tracking on international orders can be added at an additional cost when checking out.

All prints are posted with Royal Mail. Standard delivery time for 1st class post is 1-3 business days. International orders generally take up to 10 working days to arrive. In busy periods delivery times can be longer.

Our processing time is generally 3 business days and orders will then take 1-3 business days to arrive.

For UK orders, a safe assumption would be to allow one week from date of order to date of delivery.

For international orders, it generally takes around two weeks from date of order to date of delivery.

Please remember that delays with Royal Mail and/or customs are out of our control.

Our prints are all supplied unframed ready to add to your chosen frame once received.

Absolutely not! Unfortunately sellers on sites like Shein & Temu steal designs from many online stores like ours and sell them as their own.

Whilst these companies are generally good at removing them when a copyright claim is filed, it's a neverending battle and new ones pop up regularly.
